They call me Andy. That’s only because there’s another Leon in our grade. But if you really must know, my full name’s Leon Andrew D. I currently attend Columbia Grammar & Prep School, and aspire to one day be a performing classical violinist. But of course, the world is an unpleasant place, and things never go the way you want them to.
If the world was a nice place, my ex-girlfriend, (lets call her Ariele for the sake of this blog), would come into terms with the fact that dumping me was a mistake. If the world was a nice place, my parents would living together, like normal couples. If the world was a nice place, my father would accept that music is my future, not medicine.
But I’m probably getting ahead of myself now. Let’s get back to the basics. My mum’s Filipino and a raging artist living in Australia, my dad’s an Italian cosmetic surgeon residing in New York, where I am held captive until I can get my hands on my trust fund.
Like I said, the world is a cruel place.
